ImageKit is built with privacy as a core principle. We believe your images are yours, and they should stay that way.

What We Collect

Nothing. Seriously.

• No image uploads: All conversions happen locally on your device. Your images never leave your computer.
• No personal data: We don't collect names, emails, or any identifying information through the app.
• No tracking: No analytics, no telemetry, no usage statistics.
• No cloud storage: We don't store, process, or have access to any of your files.

Website Analytics

Our website (imagekit.ink) uses privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) to understand basic traffic patterns:

• Page views and referral sources
• General geographic region (country-level only)
• Device type (desktop/mobile)

This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users. No cookies are used for tracking.

Email Waitlist

If you join our email waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address (stored securely via Supabase)
• Timestamp of signup

We use this only to send you updates about ImageKit. You can unsubscribe anytime. We never share or sell email addresses.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor. When you purchase ImageKit:

• Lemon Squeezy collects payment information (credit card, billing address)
• We receive only: order confirmation, email for license delivery, and purchase date

Software Updates

ImageKit may check for updates by contacting our servers. This request includes:

• Current app version
• Operating system type

No personal information or usage data is transmitted.

Data Security

Since all image processing happens locally on your device:

• Your files never transit over the internet
• No server-side vulnerabilities can expose your data
• You maintain complete control over your images

Third-Party Services

ImageKit uses these external services:

• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing
• Supabase: Email waitlist storage
• Umami: Website analytics (privacy-focused)

Children's Privacy

ImageKit does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences.
